Set up an application to auto-start on macOS

To set up an application to automatically start when the Macintosh computer starts

1. Open Settings
   
2. Select Users & Groups
   
3. On the Login Items tab click the lock to enable changes
   
4. Enter your credentials to unlock the function
   
5. Click the + sign to add an application to the list
   
6. Select the application and click the Add button
